A notification will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Please note that some of our items are customized just for True to Israel, this might delay the shipment in few days (full info in the relevant product pages).
Delivery time
You can usually expect the package to arrive within 7-15 days from day on which it is dispatched from our warehouse in Israel. Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. In case of heavy demand for certain items that are unique, there might be a short delays in dispatching these goods from our warehouse here in Israel.
Delivery time is subject to the shipping carriers and delays on their side is not under our responsibility.
Delivery cost and conditions
Free Shipping is provided by True to Israel for a purchase above US$ 300.
Duties and Taxes
True to Israel is now Live and started shipping to North America and Europe.
Prices do not include storage, special handling (such as physical inspection, handling by standards institute/ health departments, or any other unforeseen expenses), license fees, insurance, VAT, or other taxes.
Prices do not cover any taxes paid to port authorities and/or other government agencies or institutions.
