Our honey is crafted from the nectar of wildflowers unique to the Golan—thistles, eucalyptus, and jujube (silan)—gathered by bees and harvested using traditional, additive-free methods. It’s nature at its purest, capturing the untouched beauty of Israel’s northern landscapes.
Our Olive Oil of Hope is more than just oil—it’s a movement. Cold-pressed from olives grown in the Galilee, it is produced by Jewish and Arab women working together in partnership. Every drop reflects their shared commitment to peace, coexistence, and sustainable agriculture. It’s a symbol of unity in a divided world, and a reminder that healing can begin with something as simple—and profound—as working the land together.
